A little more information.
Answers to the questions that come up before a repair, replacement or new installation.
Getting started
Complete the project form or call RM using the number on our contact page. Tell us your location, what you need and any approximate dimensions. We will use those details to discuss the next step; a final scope and price may require measurements or an assessment.
RM serves Mississauga and the Greater Toronto Area. Include your city or postal code when you contact us so we can confirm service for your location.
No. The website form starts an enquiry. A project proceeds only after the scope, price and arrangements have been agreed with RM. Any assessment charges, if applicable, should be confirmed before a visit is booked.
Share your city, the service you need, what is happening and how many openings are involved. Approximate sizes are helpful if you already have them. Do not include payment card details, identity documents or sensitive information in the form.
Yes. Use the email on our contact page and include a short description and your enquiry reference if you have one. Avoid including people, documents or personal details that are not needed to explain the project.
A successful submission displays a reference number. Keep it for any follow-up about your project. This confirms receipt of your enquiry; it does not book a visit or confirm a price. For a time-sensitive enquiry, call RM using the number on our contact page.
Repairs & glass
It depends on the condition of the frame, glass and hardware. A problem with a handle, roller or sealed glass unit may be repairable. If a replacement is more suitable, we can discuss the options for your home.
Share your city, the type of window or door, and a description of the problem. If you know the manufacturer or have photos, mention that in your enquiry so we can discuss them with you.
Not always. If the frame is in suitable condition, replacing the insulated glass unit may be possible. An assessment helps establish which option fits your window.
Approximate dimensions can help start the conversation. Final glass sizing and specifications need to be confirmed before an order is placed.
Describe the problem and the type of window or door. A manufacturer label, a photo and approximate age can help with identifying compatible parts. Availability and suitability need to be checked for the opening.
New windows & doors
Yes. RM offers aluminum window and door systems, including 75 Series windows, 130 Series panoramic windows, sliding doors, swing doors and 73mm folding doors. Ask about current configurations and availability.
Yes. Contact RM with the project location, opening schedule or plans, and the systems you are considering so we can discuss supply and installation requirements.
Timing depends on the chosen products, measurements, availability and scope of work. Ask for an estimated schedule as part of your project discussion.
Ask RM for the specifications and written warranty terms for the exact product and installation scope you are considering. Options, performance, finishes and warranty coverage can differ between systems and projects.

Visits & orders
Contact RM first to confirm the location and arrange your visit. Please confirm the address and appointment directly before travelling.
Please call RM to ask about current availability. This website does not promise emergency, same-day or 24-hour service, and submitting a form does not reserve an appointment.
These details should be set out in your written quote or agreement before you approve the work. Ask about deposits, custom orders, changes, cancellation terms and any applicable warranty. Your rights under applicable consumer law are not limited by the website terms.
