Accessibility
Last updated: September 16, 2026
We want people to be able to find service information, ask a question and contact RM in a way that works for them.
Features of this website
- A keyboard-accessible navigation menu and a “Skip to content” link.
- Visible keyboard focus, descriptive page headings and text alternatives for images.
- Labelled form fields, written validation messages and a confirmation reference after a successful submission.
- Layouts that adapt to smaller screens and browser zoom.
- Reduced animation when your device requests reduced motion.
- Phone and email alternatives to the online form.
Using the site
Use the Tab key to move between links and controls. Expand FAQ questions with Enter or Space. You can adjust text size or zoom using your browser’s settings. The enquiry form identifies required fields and highlights information that needs attention before submission.
If something gets in your way
If a page or form is difficult to use, contact RM by email or phone. Please include the page address, what you were trying to do, and your preferred way for us to respond. If useful, mention your browser or assistive technology, but you do not need to share medical information.
You can also ask for help with service information or discuss access requirements for a proposed visit. See the contact page for direct contact options.
Ongoing improvements
Accessibility can vary across devices, browsers and assistive technologies. This statement describes features built into the website; it is not a claim of independent accessibility certification. Feedback helps identify issues that need attention.
